Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Excellence Manager to lead transformative programs for our multinational manufacturing clients. This role combines strategic vision with operational execution, requiring close collaboration with internal leadership and client stakeholders. The successful candidate will oversee inventory strategies across multiple sites, drive process standardization, and implement advanced supply chain solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute supply chain improvement strategies focused on operational excellence, cost reduction, and scalability.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain performance, inventory practices, and data trends to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Lead executive-level workshops and cross-functional sessions to align stakeholders and deliver actionable solutions.
- Develop and implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of initiatives across regions.
- Oversee strategic projects such as supplier performance programs, inventory optimization, cost-saving roadmaps, and new product introductions.
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
- Drive the rollout of standardized operating models, systems, and reporting tools across global sites.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and client executives, influencing strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, ideally within industrial supply or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and facilitating executive-level collaboration.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including client-facing experience at senior levels.
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management principles, forecasting, and replenishment planning.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced analytics tools (Excel, Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MRO or VMI programs involving critical spare parts, cleanroom consumables, PPE.
- Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or supply chain (APICS, ISM).
